Every post, comment, message, profile, Circle and opportunity has a Report option. Reports are private — the person you report is never told who filed it — and the moderation team is alerted the moment you submit.
See the Community Guidelines →Blocking stops someone from contacting you or seeing your content in their feed. Muting quietly removes them from your feed without them knowing. Both are one tap from any profile menu, and you can undo them at any time.
How to use Settings →Choose a strong, unique password and never share it — Xacheus staff will never ask for it, nor for a payment or a one-time code. Sign out of devices you do not control, and turn on device alerts so you notice unusual activity.
Account security help →Xacheus connects people — it never holds money, processes investments or guarantees any return. Review is an identity and content check, not an endorsement.
If a listing or member shows these signs, do not send anything — report it. Reports about scams and fraud are prioritised.
If you are at risk of physical harm, contact your local police or emergency services first. Then report the account so the Xacheus team can act on it.
